Asthmatic conditions in many people are worsened or induced by inhaling the microscopic bodies of the House Dust Mite.
REMEDY: This creature is present in virtually every home and those suffering allergic reactions to it must take steps to reduce the amount of dust in the home, for example, through the use of plastic filled pillows, special bedding and by working their vacuum cleaner overtime. Improved ventilation and thorough airing of bedding is very important in modern, centrally-heated, double-glazed houses. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
