Firstly, we have NEVER in our history poisoned or killed a pet, and even through this is a serious topic the chances of a pet being posioned is extremely rare due to the type of poison used (multi-take - meaning several feeds are required). After each treatment any warnings are givern. i.e. Pets should stay out of an insecticide treatment area for atleast two hours (we prefer three) to allow to dry.

Extneral baits are installed in bait boxes similar to the picture below.
