Pigeon Proofing of Shop face in Crawley, Sussex
This below photo shows an example of pigeon 50mm UV pigeon netting in black between the lower shop floor and the top parapit. The net was chosen as a more cost effective solution then spiking the ledges. The net was fixed with stainless steel m6 corner brackets and intermediate split pin fixings. Access was difficult and due to health and safety a diesel hoist was used parked on the pedestrian walkway with diversions in place. Access was sought from West Sussex County Council and the appropriate risk assessments made before commencement of work.
