Pigeon Spikes, Southampton, Hampshire
The rear of this school in Southampton was plagued with pigeons on various ledges, the solution was simply the removal of pigeon guano, the wire brushing of the surface and the application of Avipoint P20 Stainless Steel spikes to all ledges and pipe work for prevention. Access was via a three stage ladder with two men and a ladder stop for extra security.
